How an Accountancy firm has adapted to meet customer needs using technology

Accountancy technology comes to the rescue for local businesses!

Malcolm Sackman, the owner of TEN, based in Bletchley, had some immediate issues when lockdown began. He had to leverage knowledge and do this quickly because client questions on grants were too large to deal with individually. He did this by utilising technology. It wowed his clients and saved him many hours over the last 8 months. On 26 November 11-12, he is running a webinar entitled “How to generate more sales, cash and profits during covid.” A fast-moving session focusing on what small businesses can do right now to thrive in a recession. It will include real-life case studies and practical tips and guidance.
