Introduction

This half day workshop is for those wanting to use data to develop compelling strategies for their business. This means using insights from data to help open the door to new customers, reveal what problems they need you to solve, and how you can bring them onboard.

It also involves using data to improve the way your business works, achieve more for less cost – as well as providing information about the business that can help to win over funders and investors.

In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll gain a clear understanding of the ways in which businesses use data to drive growth.

You will then get hands-on experience of locating, assembling and exploring data, using readily available tools, in scenarios relating to the search for new customers and discovery of ways to improve service delivery.

We will also explore how data can be used for predictions and forecasts and look at ways in which businesses are using data to bring artificial intelligence into everyday operations.
