Staff at Acuigen are thrilled to complete the year with their third prestigious award win of 2020. Having won the ‘Digital Engineering/Technology’ category in the Made in Central and East England Awards in March, and the ‘Best Market Research Company 2020’ at the UK Enterprise Awards in October; the team are delighted to win the – ‘Market Research Firm of the Year’ category at the Corporate Livewire Global Awards.

The global award celebrates the success and achievements of leading professionals and companies, with a focus on results-driven, service-focussed and innovative companies.

Acuigen was founded over 25 years ago to solve the challenge of collecting, processing and analysing customer and client feedback in near-real time and now mainly works, supporting professional services clients across the world.

Acuigen’s enterprise client insight platform, CustomServe, provided as a SAAS (Software for a Service), brings together an array of important information needed for professional services firms to manage their client portfolio in highly competitive market places.

The Acuigen team, based in the Cranfield Innovation Centre near Cranfield University in Bedfordshire, have been keen to prove that during a time of lockdown, agile working and innovation is a key driver of their business success, supporting clients both in the UK, Hong Kong, New York and Europe.

Acuigen is delighted that their client feedback services and bespoke SAAS (software as a service), CustomServe platform is being recognised by this prestigious award.
