Can 3D and virtual malls help your site sell more?
Second Life avatars, virtual identities and images allow eCommerce site owners to give online shoppers the sense of actually being there, wander through a 3D electronic mall space, and see what’s on display. Integrating social media along with a 3D experience can now replicate the feeling of being in a real physical shopping mall. But can 3D help your ecommerce site sell more? Will the “virtual tour” become a standard for promoting and selling anything online? And can 3D rendering offer new branding opportunities simply not possible in the 2D format?Join us for this stimulating breakfast event with keynote speaker Dr Shailey Minocha from the Open University, and Melanie Beck, Marketing Manager of thecentre:mk shopping centre.
