The morning opens with a one-hour innovation roundtable: a short, honest conversation about where AI and digital tools are actually earning their keep in organisations like yours, and where they are not. No pitch, no demo.
That runs into the three-hour Innovation Challenge Workshop. You bring a real challenge from your own organisation — something your team has been stuck on for months — and work it through with the room: other business leaders, university researchers and Biztech consultants. You leave with a shortlist your team will recognise, and a sense of who can help you fund the next bit.
