That runs into the three-hour Innovation Challenge Workshop. You bring a real challenge from your own organisation — something your team has been stuck on for months — and work it through with the room: other business leaders, university researchers and Biztech consultants. You leave with a shortlist your team will recognise, and a sense of who can help you fund the next bit.
