Let's talk

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The form embeds do, and they do not load until you say yes.

We do not want your data, and the site is built so that we do not collect it by accident.

The short version

This site sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies that can ever appear on it come from the HubSpot forms, and those forms do not load until you accept them. If you decline, or ignore the banner, nothing is stored on your device.

What sets cookies, and when

The enquiry and newsletter forms. These are embedded from HubSpot. Loading one causes two third parties to set a cookie:

  • __cf_bm Cloudflare, who serve HubSpot’s form scripts. Distinguishes people from bots. Expires after 30 minutes.
  • _GRECAPTCHA Google, whose reCAPTCHA protects the form from automated submissions. Set by Google when the form loads.

Neither is set unless you accept. Until then the page shows a panel where the form would be, with a button to accept and load it, and an email address if you would rather not.

Nothing else. No advertising trackers, no pixels, no third-party analytics, no social media buttons that phone home.

How we count visitors without cookies

Our host, Statichost, counts page views on the server. It records no cookie, stores no identifier, and cannot follow you between websites or between visits. We can see that a page was read; we cannot see that it was you.

Your choice

Your answer is stored in your browser’s local storage — not in a cookie — under cookie-consent. It never leaves your device and we never see it.

To change your mind, use Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Clearing your browser’s data for this site also clears it, and you will be asked again.

Choosing to decline

Declining costs you nothing except the embedded forms. Everything else on the site works exactly the same, and you can still reach us by general.manager@biztech.org.uk or on 0330 127 3454.

If this changes

This page changes before the site does, not after. If we add anything that sets a cookie, it is described here first.
