These terms cover this website. Work we do for you is covered by its own written agreement, and where the two disagree, that agreement wins.

Using this site
Read it, quote it, link to it. If you quote, please say where it came from and link back.
Ask us before republishing a whole article or using our material in something you sell. We usually say yes.
Do not attempt to break the site, get into any part of it that is not public, or use it to send anyone anything they did not ask for.
What is ours, and what is not
The words, the design and the Biztech name and logo belong to us. Photographs and diagrams inside articles imported from our previous website remain the property of whoever made them, and are used here as they were published there. Tell us if something of yours is here and should not be, and we will take it down.
What we can and cannot promise
We keep this site as accurate and current as we reasonably can, but it is written for a general audience.
Nothing here is professional advice for your situation. Articles about AI, risk, governance or technology describe how things generally work; they cannot account for your organisation, your contracts or your regulator. Do not act on them alone. That is what a conversation with us is for.
We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
Links to other sites
We link out when it is useful. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for what is on them, and a link is not an endorsement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, contracts, goodwill or data, or for any indirect loss, arising from your use of this website.
If you are a consumer, none of this affects your statutory rights.
Events, forms and the newsletter
Places at events are subject to availability and to any joining instructions we give at the time. We may change or cancel an event, and will tell you as soon as we can.
Enquiry and newsletter data is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can leave the newsletter whenever you like.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
Law
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
